Content Rules

AudioForge is a creative platform. These rules keep it safe for writers, voice creators, and the people behind every voice.

This Content Rules document is a placeholder draft. The final production version will be completed and reviewed by qualified legal counsel before AudioForge launches publicly.

Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited on AudioForge:

  • Unauthorized voice cloning — cloning any voice without the speaker's documented consent
  • Impersonation, identity theft, or false endorsements
  • Deceptive political statements or synthetic media presented as genuine
  • Fraud, extortion, or threats
  • Harassment or targeted abuse
  • Nonconsensual sexual content
  • Content that facilitates illegal activity
  • Voice model extraction, reselling, or redistribution
  • Cloning an already cloned voice without permission

Creative freedom

Fiction is allowed to explore dark themes. Villains, violence, tragedy, and mature storytelling are part of literature. The rules above target real-world harm — deception, abuse, and consent violations — not the content of imaginative fiction itself.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, voice removal, account suspension, or a ban, depending on severity. Consent records and audit logs are preserved for investigations, and anything harmful can be reported from the support page.
